- Crew member: cashier, take orders from customers; prep food for orders; cook orders; clean counters and put away food; clean dishes according to health code instructions; maintain all food prep areas, restock as needed Shift manager: fill in as needed on crew activities as needed, maintain all stock quantities, keep up with food quantities for orders, ensure completion of tasks and crew activities Delivery driver: deliver food orders, assistance with cleaning and maintaining stock
Employee Safety Measures
We provide gloves, masks, aprons. We train on sanitation and cleaning procedures. We limit the number of customers at the counter and in the storefront. We have plastic covering at the register to keep separate from customers.
