  • Sonu Satellite is looking for an experienced
  • full time tele-commerce associate. We are a nationwide retailer of DirecTV satellite television and Sirius XM music for business services
  • providing new sales as well as service and support to existing customers. While our business is conducted over the phone
  • we are not a call center. Calls are business to business and based on customer inquiries. A background in satellite television or radio sales is not required
  • though previous sales and customer service experience is preferred. Training will be given upon hiring. Positive

  • basic computer skills and office environment work history are a must. Responsibilities of the tele-commerce position include: • Effectively manage calls • Identify and assess customers' needs • Keep records of customer interactions using CRM systems • Follow communication procedures

Responsibilities of the CSR position include: • Effectively manage incoming calls • Assist customers in completing agreements and other account documents • Handle service related issues and follow up to ensure resolution • Keep records of customer interactions using CRM systems • Process customer account
