Requirements
- Assistant Manager; Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift.**Specific Functions and Duties:** Reports to the restaurant General Manager. May supervise 15 - 30 restaurant employees per shift. Have direct accountability for all operational results for each shift worked. Must be a team player. Applicant must obtain a high energy level and be of goal setting. Love to work and love to be leaders
- Line cook; Must have cooking experience; Must be able to work in fast pace environment
- Wheel cook; Needs to have restaurant experience; Must be able to communicate with line cooks what needs to be done per order; Must be able to manage tickets at a timely matter;
Employee Safety Measures
Must wear face covering entering restaurant and entire time in building, must wear gloves and practice proper hand washing. Temperatures will be taken before entering building; any person with high temperature will not be able to enter
