Requirements

  • Sr. DC Maintenance Technician: Assists other Technicians and/or Mechanics in the repair and maintenance of equipment Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools
  • 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician: Utilize various tools and instruments to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on conveying systems according to established standards.
  • DC Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift: Utilize various tools and instruments to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on conveying systems according to established standards. Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on equipment Assist in formulating preventative maintenance standards/work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery. Utilize working knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, automated conveyor systems Participate in cleaning the conveyor systems and maintenance area as appropriate. Provide daily support to the operations, especially by performing daily inspections as required by site guidelines. Perform general facility maintenance such as light bulb replacement, office furniture relocation, light plumbing, light electrical repairs, etc. Other duties as instructed by leadership which the associate is trained and skilled Sr. DC Maintenance Technician - 1st and 2nd Shifts: Assists other Technicians and/or Mechanics in the repair and maintenance of equipment Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment according to safety and quality procedures. Troubleshoots Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and external Input/Output (I/O) devices Provides resolutions to mechanical, technical/controls issues; documents support issues in CMMS Troubleshoots and repairs key components for the DC Participates in cleaning the conveyor systems and maintenance area as appropriate Completes work orders, records, logs, and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures. Assist with developing plans on how to accomplish department goals Maintains inventory of company supplied tools. Acts as Lead Maintenance Technician in the Lead's absence and Technical Trainer
