Requirements

  • Community Support Staff / Direct Support Professional - High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid Unrestricted Driver's License
  • Licensed Practical Nurse - Graduate of accredited Nursing School; LPN
  • Licensed in the State of New Jersey
  • Community Integration Support Staff / Day Program Staff - High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Residential Counselor (IRTS) - Bachelor’s Degree in psychology
  • social work or a relevant social service field
  • preferably with one-year experience working with youth with I/DD in a behavioral health setting
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license
  • Residential Counselor (CSAP) - High school diploma with three or more years experience working with children with I/DD in a behavioral health setting; or Bachelor’s Degree in psychology
  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Children's Program - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology

  • Support Manager - Minimum: High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities
  • or high school diploma (or equivalent) with three years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities including at least 1 year supervisory experience
