Requirements
- Requirements: Minimum of five years of experience in supervisory position
- Extensive knowledge and minimum of five years of experience in relevant field operations
- Strong background in supervision and management of staff (or crews)
- Quick thinker and problem solver with outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Savvy with computer skills (efficiency with MS Excel is highly desirable) and scheduling software
- Strong prioritizing and Time Management skills
- College education is preferred; however
- can be substituted by commensurate experience
- Knowledge of data management and graphical presentation performance measures

This highly hands-on position is a key role which oversees Engineering field testing services of AID and assists with providing guidance to the traffic control manager. This position requires extensive knowledge
- experience and detailed attention to relevant field work guidelines and agency specific standards as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of AID work and projects related to field operations and maintenance and protection of traffic
- Work closely with Engineers to initiate and complete the field-component of all projects
- Manage field-component by ascertaining safety for field staff and travelling public
- Manage field operations effectively within schedule and budget
- Supervise all field technician staff
- Measure productivity of all field operations and report to Engineers and management
- Maximize employees’ performance through performance measures

- Manage equipment/instruments and fleet of trucks
- Actively participate in various administrative related issues
- Coordinate with state and local authorities and clients
